It's always been a pleasure, Miss Bloss. I'm always do what is best for me.

—Kade Mortimer.

Kade Mortimer is the first non-Powerpuff human OC created by Noteverything123 on DeviantArt. She is inspired by Kris from Deltarune and serves as the cooperative leader of the Powerpuff Faction, a group established by the Powerpuff Girls.

Kade is the main protagonist in two AUs created by the same DeviantArt user: Grand Townsville Authority and Skibidi-puff Toilets. Grand Townsville Authority is a parody of Grand Theft Auto, where Kade takes on a significant role in this reimagined city of Townsville.

She was fanonically/AI-voiced by Ali Milner, the voice of Princess Ember from the My Little Pony series, as planned by the creator of the OC. Her voice is high-pitched to give her the quality of a middle-aged teenager.

Description[]

Kade Mortimer is a 16-year-old, middle-aged teenager who initially lived in Paris, France, before moving to Townsville, USA, after being promoted to a member of the Powerpuff Faction. Of French-American nationality, Kade is known for being quiet and reserved, and also tomboyish.

Upon her arrival in Townsville, Kade hails a taxi that takes her to Utonium Streets Residence, the place where the Powerpuff Girls live and also serves as the headquarters of the Powerpuff Faction. There, she meets Blossom, Bubbles, and Buttercup, the leaders (or "Donyas") of the Powerpuff Faction. They express their gratitude to Kade for her contributions and reassure her that she is doing the right thing.

Blossom then instructs Kade to work for Baron Bailey, who will serve as her first mentor and task-giver. Although Kade is hesitant and reluctant to follow this direction, Blossom gently reminds her that as her boss, Kade should respect her wishes and acknowledge her authority as a great fighter. Kade eventually agrees to work with Baron Bailey, who tasks her with accompanying him to his warehouse located near Townsville Park.

Despite her readiness to be a member of the Powerpuff Faction, Kade grows concerned about her mentor, Baron Bailey, after discovering his involvement in illegal activities such as bribery and theft. Although he is her mentor, Baron Bailey’s corrupt nature soon becomes apparent. He later assigns Kade a task to assist Blossom and her sisters during a war. Blossom appreciates Kade’s help and provides her with new guidance from other mentors, such as Buckaroo "Buckoo" Smorgasbord and other trusted Powerpuff members.

Tensions rise when Baron Bailey becomes jealous of Kade’s growing role and sets her up by assigning her the task of retrieving his stolen car, which leads to a police pursuit. Feeling betrayed, Kade rejects Baron Bailey's mentorship and turns him into her arch-enemy. Blossom supports Kade and allows her to continue helping with their cause.

Despite her minor criminal activities, Kade impresses Brick from the Rowdyruff faction with her fighting skills, leading to potential collaborations with both Powerpuff and Rowdyruff members. Kade’s primary role is as a protagonist, with trusted allies including the Powerpuff Girls, the Smorgasbord brothers (Buckoo and Brownie), and other friendly figures in Townsville. She can recruit members from both factions, including some corrupt ones led by Brenda, a former Powerpuff girl now aligned with the Rowdyruff faction.

In a final confrontation of Baron Bailey's task, Baron Bailey lures Kade to an abandoned mansion under the guise of an apology. There, Kade is ambushed by psychotic, chainsaw-wielding corrupt Powerpuff members sent by Baron Bailey to kill her. The attempt fails, and Baron Bailey is ultimately killed by Kade using a chainsaw. Although Kade has committed minor crimes, her primary focus remains on doing good.

Throughout her journey, Kade has committed numerous crimes due to her associations with Brenda, Brick, the Gangreen Gang, and Princess Morbucks.

Princess Morbucks, the Donya of the Morbucks Family, offers Kade a mission involving her own demands, including claiming all the territories in Townsville and attempting to defeat the Powerpuff Girls. Upon hearing the part about defeating the Powerpuff Girls, Kade refuses Morbucks' demands and betrays the Morbucks Crime Family, as she cannot allow the Powerpuff Girls and their organization to be wiped out. Kade distrusts Princess Morbucks due to her jealousy and spiteful behavior, especially after the Powerpuff Girls declined to accept Morbucks into their ranks for being stupid, jealous, and bratty.

Kade helps Brenda when she assigns tasks, even when they involve illegal activities such as recruiting corrupt members for Brenda's corrupt Powerpuff faction, attempting minor bank robberies, and stealing military tactical weapons. However, Brenda occasionally assigns Kade heroic tasks, such as helping Brenda's former faction, the Powerpuff Faction. Although Blossom no longer supports Brenda due to her past behavior and jealousy, Brenda sometimes does the right thing because Kade encourages her to act heroically. Brenda is genuinely impressed by Kade's skills, particularly her strong ability to recruit members and accomplish various tasks.

In another instance, Brockton of the Powerpuff Faction assigns Kade to assist his allied faction, the NewJeaners Cult Gang, a group of fans obsessed with the K-Pop band NewJeans. Brockton tasks Kade with protecting the group due to a threat from the Morbucks Crime Family, which aims to eliminate and assassinate the famous K-Pop group. Brockton wants to prevent this from happening. Kade defends NewJeans to ensure they can continue their music career and perform at their concerts. Despite the Morbucks family's attempts to disrupt their activities, Kade successfully stops the attacking Morbucks thugs, forcing them to retreat.

On several occasions, Kade has found herself involved in criminal activities, sometimes even aiding the Rowdyruff Boys in robberies and driving them to safety, all due to Brenda's persuasion. Brick also once convinced her to steal jewelry from a store, adding to her list of questionable deeds. Despite these actions, Kade tries to justify her behavior as part of her larger goal to be a hero, rather than accepting the label of a criminal. Deep down, she struggles with the fine line between doing what’s necessary and falling into the very corruption she seeks to fight.

For other occasions, Kade has expanded her role in Townsville beyond her primary duties. She has taken on the responsibility of driving passengers as a taxi driver, offering essential transport services across the city and assisting those in need. As a vigilante working with the Townsville Police Department (TVPD), Kade aids in maintaining justice and combating crime from a more hands-on approach, operating outside the conventional legal framework. Additionally, she has dedicated time to delivering noodles and pizzas from various restaurants, ensuring that civilians, pedestrians, and citizens receive timely meals, especially during emergencies. Her commitment extends further as she serves as a paramedic, providing critical care and saving lives by rescuing and assisting injured individuals in dire situations. These diverse heroic acts highlight Kade's dedication to serving her community in multiple capacities, reflecting her versatile approach to heroism.

Appearance[]

Kade Mortimer is a 16-year-old human teenager with a white skin tone and messy, shoulder-length brunette hair with a cowlick at the back. She typically wears a long-sleeve cyan shirt with two horizontal green stripe, paired with nondescript pants and shoes as her "casual" outfit. When attending the Powerpuff Faction unit, she wears an outfit similar to the female attire of the Powerpuff Faction, with the only difference being that she doesn't wear gray gloves, and her long shirt is covered. One of her distinct traits is that her long bangs cast a shadow that hides the upper half of her face. If her eyes were revealed from beneath her bangs, they would be cyan.

Personality[]

Kade is a slightly gothic, egoistic, brave, and tough person. She also cares deeply for Blossom, Bubbles, and Buttercup, as well as for herself and her trusted companions and friends. Due to her shaded face, she is sometimes called "creepy."
