The Bullyruff Tomboys were made when the Powerpuff Girls and Rowdyruff Boys kissed. The boys' ingredients were still able to produce life and they could be revived. The PPG's DNA gender-bent them so basically, they are hybrids. When the RRB were revived, HIM never noticed that part of the ingredients had been taken. The actual ingredients to make them are snips, snails, a puppy dog tail, and sugar, spice, and everything nice. They could alternatively be revived with peppers, snakes, and bicycle brakes. Their names are Blight, Base, and Breaker.
